Shri Namdeo Group

We are based in Office No-04, Sector 17, 27, Pl-5 in New Panvel East. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a good spot to be in. New Panvel has really taken off in the last few years, and we’ve been right here in the middle of it. Shri Namdeo Group is just a regular local business. We don't have those fancy suits or polished speeches. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to move to this side of town or invest in a bit of land. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs where we can sit down and go over maps and documents. We know the roads and the sectors around here like the back of our hands. It gets quite busy during the week with people coming and going. We don’t really do anything special to get noticed; we just stay consistent and show up every day. Sometimes the paperwork for these properties can be a real headache, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We’re just local people helping other local people find a place to stay or work. It’s not always glamorous, and the office can get a bit messy with all the files, but it works for us. We like the neighborhood and the people we meet every day. There is always something new to learn about the market here in Panvel.
