We've been around New Panvel for a while now. Our office is right there in Khanda Colony, specifically in the Kaplpvrux building at Sector 9. Dealing with SEZ stuff in Navi Mumbai means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and paperwork. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but someone has to do it. The neighborhood here is busy, lots of people moving around. Most days start with tea and a quick look at the schedule. We aren't a huge team, just a few people trying to keep things organized. If you've been around Plot 4, you've probably seen our sign. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We don’t really do fancy lunches or big meetings. It's more about getting the job done and heading home to our families. Some of the staff have been living in Panvel their whole lives, so they know the area like the back of their hand. Traffic on the way in can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that’s just life in Navi Mumbai. We keep the files sorted and try to make sure everything stays on track. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the AC is usually running full blast. We just focus on what's in front of us. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just show up, do the tasks, and keep the office running at A302. It's a straightforward setup. We've seen the area change a lot over the years, but we're still here doing our thing.
