Natraj Tours & Travels

Our office is tucked away in Borivali West, specifically at Ghodasar 3. It's not a huge place, just a small setup where we handle all the travel stuff that comes our way. If you know this part of Borivali, you know how busy it gets during the day. Natraj Tours & Travels has been around for a bit and we mostly spend our hours sorting out bus tickets and railway bookings for people in the area. It’s usually me and a couple of others here, surrounded by stacks of old ledgers and printouts. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually the highlight when things get stressful with the booking systems. We don’t really do fancy brochures or flashy advertisements because word of mouth in this neighborhood usually does the trick. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour, but that's just how it goes sometimes. We try to help out with whatever trip someone is planning, whether it's a quick hop to a nearby town or a longer journey. The furniture is a bit worn out and the walls could use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. People come in, tell us where they need to go, and we see what we can find for them. It’s a simple way of working and it keeps us busy from morning until evening every day except Sundays.
