You can find National Tours & Travel Service at 65 Juhu 11Cross. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads around here. We have been here for a while, just running our small travel desk. It’s not a large operation, mostly just us helping people figure out their bus or train timings and getting their tickets printed out. Juhu is a busy area, but 11Cross has a bit of a different feel. We spend our days looking at schedules and talking to drivers. Sometimes people come in with very complicated plans, and we do our best to sit down and work it out with them. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. Our office has a few old maps on the walls and a stack of brochures that we keep for reference. It’s a simple setup. We deal with a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and where they usually like to go. Sometimes we lose track of time when the phones start ringing. It is a lot of repetitive work, checking dates and confirming seats, but we like being part of the Juhu community. We just try to get the job done and make sure everyone has their paperwork ready before they leave.
