National Communications Tours & Travels

You can find us in Mumbai Central, specifically near the Opera House and right across from the Reserve Bank of India. It’s a very well-known area, so people usually don’t have much trouble locating our office. National Communications Tours & Travels is where we handle all kinds of travel arrangements. It’s a small office filled with travel brochures, maps, and a few old computers. We spend most of our time booking train tickets or planning tour routes for people who want to go on holiday. The street outside is always noisy with cars and buses, being so close to the main bank. Sometimes the traffic is so loud we have to shout a bit on the phone. We aren't a big travel agency with a lot of fancy branding. It’s just a practical office where we help people get from one place to another. We have a few chairs for customers to sit on while we look up prices and schedules. It gets a bit dusty in here because of the road, but we try to keep it tidy. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while. We know the regular commuters and the other shopkeepers in the area. It’s a busy life, and there’s always a new problem to solve with a booking or a passport form. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving for our customers.
