You can find Nathu Tours & Travels over at 2 Malad East, specifically in the Kabutarkhana Chokha Bazar area. We’re located in the Vakil Compound, which is right behind the Dindosi Bus Stand. Because of the bus stand, it’s always incredibly busy around here. There’s a lot of shouting, horns honking, and people rushing to catch their rides. Our office is a small, functional space where we help people figure out their travel plans. We have maps and schedules pinned to the walls, though some of them are a bit old now. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at booking screens. It’s not a quiet place to work, but the energy of the bus stand keeps us going. We’ve been in this Kalupur spot for a long time. People know they can just walk in and ask about bus timings or train tickets. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget. Word of mouth is how most people find us. Sometimes the office gets crowded with families carrying bags, and we just have to manage the space as best we can. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of business. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go from Malad East over the years. We just keep doing what we do, helping folks get from one place to another without too much fuss. Behind the bus stand is where all the action is.
