My name is Naseer Ahmed and this is where I operate from in Santacruz West. The address is No.1, Popular Apts. It’s right on Tagore Road, number 37 to be exact. A good landmark is the Laxmi Narayan Temple which is right across from us. You can see the people going in and out of the temple all day long. It makes the area feel quite peaceful despite being in a busy part of Mumbai. Popular Apts is a small building, and being at unit number one makes it easy to find. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or putting up big posters. Most people find us because they know the area or they’ve been told where to look. Tagore Road has its own rhythm. The mornings are usually full of people walking and the evenings get a bit noisier with traffic. Inside the office, it’s pretty straightforward. We have the basic setup we need. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers running around. It’s just us doing the work that needs doing. Sometimes we have tea from the stall nearby. It’s a very local vibe. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s convenient and everyone knows the temple across the street. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily routine here at Santacruz.
