Our office is on the second floor of Sai Chamber, right near the Santacruz railway station. If you’ve ever been to that part of Mumbai, you know how loud and busy it gets with the trains and the crowds. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve gotten used to the constant announcements from the platform. It’s a practical spot for us because people can reach us easily, even if the traffic in Santacruz East is a mess. Inside Room 207, it’s mostly just us looking over site plans and talking to contractors on the phone. We do buildtech work, which means we spend a lot of time worrying about the technical side of construction. It’s not a glamorous life. Our windows are usually a bit dusty from the station grime, and the elevator in the building is slow, so we usually just walk up the stairs. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing department. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects around the city. We deal with the daily grind of Mumbai real estate, which involves a lot of waiting for permissions and hoping the rain doesn’t wash out the foundation work. We aren't a huge corporation. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep projects moving forward. We try to be honest about how long things will take because we know how frustrating delays can be. It is just how we operate in this busy part of town.
