You’ll find us at 13 Kandivali West, right on the Main Street. It’s a very busy part of the city, and being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. Our office is a modest space, nothing too elaborate. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that’s usually covered in maps and notes. Working on Main Street means it’s never really quiet; there’s always the sound of rickshaws and cars outside. We’ve been here for a good while now, helping people figure out their housing needs in Kandivali. It’s a fast-paced area, but we try to keep things simple inside the office. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at the papers. Most of our work involves talking to people who are moving into the area or those who have been here for years and want to find something different. We don’t have any big marketing slogans; we just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, but we try to keep it tidy. It’s a convenient spot because people can just drop in while they’re out doing their shopping. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s not always easy with the noise and the crowds, but it’s home for our business and we're happy here.
