Narmada Holidays

Narmada Holidays runs out of Flat No B3/702 in the Ascent Residency building. We are located in Andheri East, right behind the Poonam Nagar area. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels more like a home than a regular office. We have a table set up with a computer and a lot of notebooks where we write down names and dates. It is usually quiet up here on the seventh floor, which is nice because the streets in Andheri can get so loud with all the horns and construction. We spend our time looking up flight costs and trying to find hotels that have space for families. People usually call us first or send a message, and then they might come by the flat to drop off documents or pay for their bookings. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air when the work gets a bit much. It is not a huge operation with dozens of staff, just a few of us making sure everything is in order for people who want to go on a trip. Behind Poonam Nagar is a familiar spot for us, and we have lived and worked around here for quite some time now. We just take things one booking at a time and try to keep our records straight so no one ends up without a room or a seat. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
