Namrata Tours

We are over in Andheri West, right around the 4th Cross area. Namrata Tours isn't a massive company with branches everywhere. It’s just a local spot where we plan out trips and figure out bus timings. Andheri West is always crowded, so there’s always someone popping in to ask about a weekend getaway or a trip to the coast. The office is small and we have maps pinned up on the walls, though most of them are a bit old now. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure the vehicles are ready to go. It’s not always easy because someone is always running late. We’ve been in this part of town for years, so we know all the other shop owners on the block. Sometimes we just sit out front when it’s slow and watch the traffic go by. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking dates and confirming hotels, but it feels good when a trip goes off without any problems. We don't use any fancy software, just our notebooks and a basic computer. People like coming here because they know they can just talk to us directly. There’s no waiting on hold for an hour. We try to be honest about which places are worth visiting and which ones are just too crowded these days. It’s a simple way to earn a living. The 4th Cross area is a bit quieter than the main road, which I appreciate. We have a small kettle in the corner of the office.
