N B S Travels

Our travel shop is on the first floor of the Akruti building, specifically Shop No 103. We are located in Andheri East, not far from Gautam Nagar. It is a very busy part of the city, and there is always something happening on the street below. We spend most of our time at the computers, looking up train timings or flight prices for people. It is a simple office with a few chairs for customers to sit while we figure out their itineraries. We have some old maps on the walls and stacks of brochures that we don't always get around to tidying up. People come to us when they need to get somewhere and aren't sure of the best way. We do a lot of booking for buses and local trips as well. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and trying to get through to booking agents. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we just have to wait, which can be a bit frustrating. We’ve been in this building for quite a while and we know the other shop owners on our floor. It is a regular day-to-day business. We don't have any fancy travel lounge; it's just a place where we do the work and try to help people with their plans. The area around Gautam Nagar is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle in the mornings.
