N A F A Tourism Consultancy

Our place is at 210 C on Maulana Azad Road. It is a busy street, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and the people walking past the door. We have been doing this tourism consultancy thing for some years now. The office is basically one long room with a few desks pushed against the walls. I spend most of my time answering the phone or replying to messages from people who want to go somewhere new. It is not like those big fancy agencies you see in the malls. We just have our old files and a water cooler that makes a loud sound every time someone uses it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get it done. Usually, the morning is the best time here because the sun comes through the window just right before it gets too hot in the afternoon. We mostly deal with paperwork and helping folks figure out their travel documents without making it too complicated. It’s just a few of us working here, and we know most of the people who live in the building. Sometimes we share tea from the stall downstairs while we look over the itineraries. It is a practical way to spend the day, and we like being part of the neighborhood on Maulana Azad Road.
