Our office is located in the Bhuvaneshwar Building, room 3/331, over in Parel Village. We are right behind KEM Hospital on Dr. Valimbe Marg. It is a busy little corner of Mumbai 400012. We spend our days tucked away here, working on all sorts of travel plans and helping people find their way around. The website name might be on the door, but most of our real work happens on these old desks we have. You can always hear the hospital sirens and the street noise nearby. It is a lived-in kind of building. We have got a few computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around the room. It is not some big corporate headquarters, just a local spot where we get things done. We know the chai wallah around the corner and the guys working at the hospital gate. Parel is a crowded place, but we like the energy it has. We handle a lot of bookings and try to keep up with all the constant changes in flights and trains. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when things get cancelled or delayed, but we just keep at it. We are not trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to help our neighbors and anyone else who finds their way to our office. It is a simple life of planning trips and answering emails. We have been here for a good while and we know how to get the job done without any fancy talk.
