You can find us at Shop No 44 inside Balaram Bhawan. We are on Grant Road, right near the Balwas Hotel, which most people use as a landmark to find us. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside the shop. We started this travel business because we liked the idea of helping people get where they need to go without all the stress. We do a lot of passport work and visa forms, which are always changing and can be quite confusing for folks. It is a lot of sitting at the desk, typing in details and making sure names are spelled right on tickets. If a flight gets cancelled or a train is late, we are usually the first ones people call to find a backup plan. We try our best to help out, even when things are out of our hands. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look up prices. We don't use any fancy software, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. It’s just us here, keeping track of bookings and making sure everyone has their papers in order before they head to the airport. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years, but the basic job of getting someone a seat on a plane hasn’t changed much for us.
