Our office is on the third floor of the Mory building in Andheri West. We are in Office No 318, which is directly opposite Infinity Mall. It’s a very active part of the city. Being on the third floor means we are away from the street noise, but you can still hear the honking if the window is open. We deal with a lot of travel stuff every day. The office feels a bit lived-in, with papers on the desks and empty tea cups here and there. It’s a regular business space, nothing too flashy. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer checking different routes. Because we are near the mall, there are always people walking around outside. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a group of us working here, trying to sort out travel plans for people. We don’t really do big advertisements; people mostly find us because they work in the area or they see the sign from the road. The afternoons are usually the busiest when everyone decides to call at once. We keep it simple and just focus on the tasks we have for that day. It's a practical office for a practical job. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the other shop owners nearby.
