Mundra Farsan Mart

Mundra Farsan Mart is located at Shop No 1 on the ground floor of the Lil N building. Even though the address mentions things like Adalaj and Gandhinagar, we are right here serving the folks around Ghatkopar East with fresh snacks every single day. Farsan is what we do mostly. We have all kinds of savory things like sev, gathiya, and those spicy chips people like to eat. We fry most of it right in the back area, so the smell usually brings people in from the street. It’s a small shop, but we try our best to keep it clean and organized. We’ve been making these snacks for a long time now. It’s a lot of heat and oil in the kitchen, but that’s just part of the job. People stop by in the evenings after work to get something to eat with their tea. We don't use fancy industrial machines for everything; a lot of the process is still done by hand because that’s how the texture stays just right. We don't have any big corporate goals or plans to expand everywhere. We just want to make sure the snacks are crispy and taste like they should. Sometimes we try a new spice mix to see if people like it, but mostly we stick to the old recipes that our regulars expect. The shop gets very busy on weekends and holidays. We try to keep up with the demand, but sometimes we run out of the popular items by Sunday evening. It’s just us working hard.
