Our shop is in Sagar Garden, units 6 and 7. It’s a nice enough complex. Being near the Green World Showroom helps people find us. Sant Sena Maharaj Marg is a good road, though it gets jammed in the evenings. We have been in Mulund West for a while now. The space is larger than some other shops, so we can keep more variety. We spend a lot of time arranging things on the glass shelves. It isn't just about flowers; we have all sorts of stuff tucked away in the back. The air conditioning is mostly for the plants, not for us. We wear sweaters sometimes even when it's hot outside. The staff is just a few local guys. We drink tea from the stall across the road and watch the cars go by. It’s a lot of repetitive work. Clipping, taping, and boxing things up. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Everything happens right here on the shop floor. Sometimes the delivery bikes block the entrance and we have to move them. It’s just part of the daily mess. We try to keep things tidy, but with soil and water, it's hard. People in Mulund are decent and they keep us coming back every morning. We just focus on getting the orders out on time and keeping the plants alive.
