Mumbai Magic Tour

Our main spot is on the 14th floor of a building in the Sion area, specifically Plot No 1403/04. It’s quite high up, so we can actually see a fair bit of the city from the balcony when the smog isn't too thick. Mumbai Magic Tour isn't about those big air-conditioned buses you see everywhere. We are more about showing people the side of the city that we actually live in. We spend a lot of our day coordinating with drivers and making sure the guides are where they need to be. It’s a lot of logistical work, especially with the way traffic is in Sion and PCNTDA. Our office is mostly just desks piled with maps and brochures that we’ve printed ourselves. We don't have a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see us on our phones or arguing about the best route to avoid the construction on the flyover. We like the city, even with the noise and the crowds, and that’s why we do this. The 14th-floor location is a bit quiet compared to the street, which is nice for when we have to focus. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we know the shortcuts and the little food stalls that don't show up on Google Maps. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering emails to occasionally leading a tour ourselves when things get busy.
