If you are looking for us, we are down on Reay Road, specifically on Road Number 2 in Jawehar Nagar, Goregaon West, at number 8. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address. The street is usually quite busy with people moving around. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a door and some windows with our name on them. Inside, there are three of us mostly. We handle the tours and the travel stuff for people around the neighborhood. There is a small tea stall just a few steps away where we get our morning chai. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear on the phone, so we have to shut the door tight. Mukta Tours & Travels has been here in Goregaon for some time now. We have a lot of old files in the cabinets from years back. We use a lot of pens and notebooks because sometimes writing things down is faster than typing. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when we are reading the fine print on tickets. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People mostly find us because they live nearby or their cousins told them about us. It’s a local business through and through. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nobody’s paperwork gets lost in the shuffle while we deal with the daily rush of customers and calls.
