We’re located in the Nav-Vikas Commette building on 5th Road in Golibar. It’s in Santacruz East, right in the middle of Mumbai 55. This area is always moving and shaking, and we are right in the heart of it. Our office is a simple place where we manage airline-related business and paperwork. It’s not some high-rise glass tower with a view; it’s a practical space that suits what we do every day. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. There’s a lot of history in these streets around Santacruz. We spend our days dealing with schedules, tickets, and a lot of paperwork. It can be tedious sometimes, but it’s what we know and we're good at it. We don't use big words or try to sound like we’re something we’re not. We’re just a team of people trying to keep things organized for the airline. Sometimes the office is a bit loud because of the street noise and the horns, but we just turn up the fans and keep going. We don't have a fancy waiting area with magazines, but there’s always a plastic chair if someone needs to sit down for a minute. We know a lot of the shop owners nearby, and we usually grab our lunch from the local food stalls. It’s a real, hardworking environment. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just handle the work.
