M/S.Global Landmark

Our workspace is located at 109/7 inside the Rajendra Kumar Maniklal Compound. It’s right on T.J. Road in Sewri, Mumbai, and if you look across the way, you can see the old Swan Mill. This area has a real industrial feel to it, which suits the kind of work we do at Global Landmark. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of tourists. It’s mostly people in work clothes and trucks moving in and out of the compound all day long. The office itself is quite basic. We’ve got our chairs, our ledgers, and a couple of phones that seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. Mumbai 400 015 is a busy part of the city, and the salt air from the nearby coast sometimes makes things feel a bit damp, especially during the monsoon months. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just our name on the door so people know they’re in the right place. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors and making sure projects are staying on track. It can get pretty loud with the traffic and the noise from the neighboring units in the compound, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things that need doing. It’s practical work for people who don't need a lot of fuss and just want to get things done.
