Our office is located in Mulund East, specifically at A 701 Mulund Shanti Chs in Mahakali Nagar. It’s on Vidhyalaya Road, which is a pretty well-known street if you live in this part of Mumbai. M/S Lodha Group Of Companies operates from this residential-style building, which gives it a bit more of a relaxed feel than those big glass towers in the city center. We’ve been at this address, 400081, for a long time. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking and printers going. We don't really do the whole formal suits and ties thing unless there is a very specific reason for it. Mostly, we just wear what’s comfortable and get on with our tasks. The area has changed quite a bit; there are more shops and cafes around now than when we first moved in. Finding a parking spot on Vidhyalaya Road can be a real headache sometimes, so most of us take the train or a rickshaw. Inside the office, it’s just rows of desks and plenty of chai being drunk throughout the day. We handle our business matters directly without any of that complicated corporate talk. It’s just about being honest with the people we work with and making sure the day-to-day operations don't stop. It’s a decent place to spend the workday.
