Mount Travel

Our office is tucked away in the basement ground floor of the Palema Building. It is over in the Fort area, right near the New Kerala Hotel. If you know that spot, you will not have any trouble finding where we are. The space is officially numbered 41622. It is not a big, bright storefront with a bunch of posters stuck in the windows like some other places. It is more of a practical workspace where we sit down and handle all the travel arrangements. We have been down here for a while now. The air stays a bit cooler being in the basement, which is actually quite nice during the hot summer months. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking through various schedules. People walk in looking for help with their upcoming trips, and we just do what we can to figure out the best way for them to get to where they want to go. It is mostly just us and our computers in here. We do not do much advertising at all. Most folks hear about us from their friends or neighbors who have used us before. There is always a bit of paper shuffling around on the desks. It can get a bit cramped when we have a few visitors in the office at once, but we always manage to make it work. We try to keep everything very straightforward for everyone. There is no fancy lounge or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where we talk about your travel needs and sort the tickets.
