MOTIWALA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Motiwala Buildcon operates out of Flat 401 in the Rahat Apartment building. We are located in Dargopatil Nagar, which is a pretty settled neighborhood. Our office is basically a converted apartment on the fourth floor. It is nice because it has a kitchen, so we can make our own tea whenever we want. We spend a lot of time sitting around the dining table, which we use as a conference desk, looking at sketches and talking about schedules. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when things get too stressful. We do not have a big flashy sign outside, just a small nameplate. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our previous projects. We are a small team, and we all wear many hats. One day I might be looking at accounts, and the next I am at a site arguing about the materials that were delivered. It is a hands-on kind of business. We have been in this building for several years now, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It is a busy life, and the phone never really stops ringing, even on Sundays. We do not really mind, though. It is what we do. We just want to build things that stay standing and do not cause any trouble for the people living in them later on. It is just simple, straightforward work for us every single day.
