Mosata Llp

Mosata Llp is situated on the ground floor at 25A, Chandawadi. We are right on Cawasji Patel Tankroad, near Madhav Baug in the Girgaon area. This is a very old part of Mumbai with lots of history and narrow streets. Our office is small and opens almost directly onto the street. Being on the ground floor means we see everything that goes on in the neighborhood. There are always people walking by and temple bells ringing nearby. Girgaon is a crowded place, but it has a lot of character. We use this space to manage our business affairs. It is mostly just a couple of us sitting at desks with a few computers. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine. If we want tea, we just get it from the guy on the corner. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the traffic and the neighbors, but we are used to it by now. Our work keeps us busy throughout the day, mostly dealing with paperwork and local clients. We chose this spot because it is central and easy for people to find once they get to Madhav Baug. It is a humble setup, but it serves our needs perfectly well. We don't need much more than a roof over our heads and a place to file our documents. It is just a normal, everyday business operating in the heart of the city. We do our best to stay organized and get our work finished.
