Our registered office is over in the Orbit Industrial Estate in Malad West. It’s on Carter Road 3, right opposite that big Tanjent showroom. If you’ve ever been to Mind S, you know the area is always buzzing with office workers and delivery bikes. Being in an industrial estate means there is a lot of concrete and a lot of activity at all hours. We have our space here where the utilities side of things gets managed. It’s mostly desks and computers and people looking at spreadsheets. The building has that typical industrial feel, with wide stairs and heavy doors. It isn't a place for window shopping. We come in early to beat the Malad traffic, which anyone around here will tell you is pretty bad. Opposite us, the showroom always has something new in the window, but we are usually too busy with the paperwork to notice much. We handle the utility side of things, making sure the backend works like it should. It’s the kind of work that nobody notices until something stops working, so we try to keep things steady. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but the tea guy comes around at four and that helps everyone stay focused. It’s a professional enough setup for a registered office, but it’s still got that Malad grit to it. We don't need fancy things to get the records kept straight and the bills paid on time.
