Morenzo Infra is based in the Versova area of Andheri West. Our office is in Sai Shraddha CHS Ltd, specifically Unit D-1 in SVP Nagar, Mhada. It’s a lively part of Mumbai to work in. We’ve been here for a bit, handling different types of infrastructure projects. It’s not a huge office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space in a residential society where we can get our work done. Most of the time, the office is full of files and people coming and going from various sites. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re more comfortable in our work clothes than in suits. Being in Andheri West means we are close to a lot of our project sites, which helps when things get urgent. We’ve had some tough times getting everything lined up, but we usually figure it out. It’s just a small team of us working together. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we rely on the work itself to show what we can do. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult or the paperwork takes longer than expected, but that’s just part of the job. We like being part of the SVP Nagar community. It’s a grounded place to run a business from, and we’re happy to keep things moving from our little corner in D-1, right here in the middle of Maharashtra.
