Moncy Mathew

I work out of a space in Goregaon West, which is a pretty crowded part of Mumbai to be in. The pin code here is 400062, and if you know the area, you know how much energy there is on every street corner. My name is Moncy Mathew, and this is where I handle all my daily business. It’s not a massive corporate office with glass walls, just a regular room with a desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and my computer. Most days are spent looking at screens or talking to people who stop by with questions. The noise from the station and the main road nearby is something you just get used to after a while. Sometimes it’s so loud that I have to close the windows just to hear a phone call clearly. I’ve been in Goregaon for a bit, and I like being in the middle of everything where stuff is actually happening. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where I usually go when I need a break from the paperwork. The walls in here could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and there’s a stack of old magazines in the corner that I keep meaning to throw away. It is just a simple, practical place to work without any extra fuss or unnecessary things cluttering up the area. People usually find me here from morning until late evening most days of the week.
