You can find us at Office Number 23 in City Mall, right there in Andheri West. Being next to Infinity Mall is helpful because everyone knows the landmark. It is a busy part of the city, and our office is usually a bit of a hub for activity. We deal with properties all across this side of town. Sometimes the mall traffic makes getting to work a bit of a chore, but once we are inside, it is all about the business. We have a lot of listings on the wall and piles of documents on the desks. It is not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to owners and tenants. Andheri is a fast-paced place, and the property market reflects that. We see a lot of people coming in with different budgets and needs. Some want a small studio, others are looking for something much bigger. We just try to show them what is on the market without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It is just property work, after all. We don't have a big corporate team at Monarch Property, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know which buildings have good plumbing and which ones are a bit older. That kind of local knowledge is what we rely on. We are usually here until late because the city never really stops.
