Moksha Developer is tucked away in Dikshant Bhavan over in Powai. We are right on the 21st Main Road in the Bsk 2nd Stage area. If you’re familiar with the Indian Oil Petrol Pump or the IIT Main Gate, we are just about opposite that. It’s a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of people passing by every day. Our office is where we handle all the planning and the stacks of paperwork that come with building things. Dealing with property and construction means there’s always something to sort out, whether it’s a delay at a site or some permit we are waiting on. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of people. We’re a smaller team trying to get projects finished in this part of the city. The office can get a bit hectic when we have contractors and suppliers coming in at the same time. Powai is a fast-growing area, and being near the IIT gate means there's always activity. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the drawings and the numbers. Most of our work happens on-site, but Dikshant Bhavan is where the foundation of the business sits. It’s a straightforward operation where we try to keep things moving forward as steadily as the local traffic allows. We have been here for a while and the location works well for us since everyone knows the gate.
