Mohammed Afzal

I am Mohammed Afzal and I live and work out of Flat 9/10 in the E Wing of the Police C quarters. This is in Bandra West, right across the road from Bhaba Hospital. It is a very busy area because of the hospital. There are always ambulances and people moving around at all hours. My flat is on a higher floor, so it is a bit quieter than the street level, but you still hear the city. I have lived in Bandra for a long time and I’ve seen it change from a quieter place to what it is now. My setup is simple. I use part of my home for my business activities. It is not a fancy office with a glass door or a receptionist. It is just a regular home where I handle my daily tasks. Sometimes the neighbors from the other wings stop by to chat. The building is part of a government housing area, so it has that specific old-Mumbai feel to it. I spend most of my time here, making phone calls and dealing with paperwork. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of life. Being so close to the hospital means I always know what’s happening in the neighborhood. I don't really have a big team; I mostly handle things myself or with a bit of help. It’s just how I’ve always done it here in Bandra.
