Our office is tucked away in the Unique Industrial Estate at 105, right on Twin Tower Marg in Prabhadev. If you are looking for us, we are basically right across from the Siddhivinayak Mandir. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We focus on development and reality projects, which means we spend a lot of our time dealing with land issues and construction schedules. The office itself is pretty simple and can get a bit crowded when we have visitors or when the whole team is in at once. We don't have any of those fancy modern pods or a coffee bar, just a kettle in the corner and some sturdy chairs. The elevator in this building has a mind of its own, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. Working in real estate involves a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and keeping track of a ton of documents. It’s not always easy, and things rarely go exactly according to plan, but we just deal with the problems as they come up. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a group of people who know the local market and work hard to get our buildings finished. Most of our day is spent on the phone or going through blueprints to make sure everything is where it should be.
