Mjunction Services Ltd ( Joint Venture Of Sail & Tata Steel )

Mjunction Services Ltd is a joint venture between SAIL and Tata Steel, but our office here is in a more residential setting. We are located at 12 B-Wing in the Urvashi Apartment building on Sayani Road. It’s right in the Prabhadevi area of Dadar West in Mumbai. Even though we deal with big names like Tata and SAIL, our daily work happens in this regular apartment building. It’s a bit of a mix between a home and an office. We handle various services and auctions from here, mostly working on our laptops and talking to vendors. Prabhadevi is a central part of the city, so it’s easy for us to get around, though the traffic on Sayani Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We’ve got a small team here and we mostly just keep to ourselves and get the work done. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and a lot of coffee cups. We don't really do the whole corporate mission statement thing. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to stay organized. Being in an apartment means we know the security guards and the other residents quite well. It’s a nice way to work, honestly. It feels more grounded than being in a massive skyscraper. We’ve been at this Prabhadevi location for a while now.
