Mittal Travelx

Mittal Travelx is based in Shop No 40 at Shree Ganesh Aanga in Kandivali East. We are right next to the ICICI Bank, which is a very easy landmark to give people. We deal with all sorts of travel arrangements. The shop is tucked into the corner of the building. It’s not very large, but we have enough room for a desk and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our day looking at maps and booking portals. It’s mostly about helping people find a way to get where they need to go without spending too much. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just a couple of computers and a printer for tickets. We started this business because we liked the idea of helping people see different places. Most of our clients come from the bank next door or the apartments around Kandivali. We know the local area well. Sometimes we stay open late if a customer has an emergency with their flight. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a small shop where we try to be helpful. The neighborhood is usually busy, especially with the bank being so close. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the community. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, one ticket at a time for anyone who asks.
