Mishan India Developer Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Andheri East. Our office is at Plot No-A-701 in the Ekta C.H.S. building. We are right opposite The Leela Hotel on Airport Road in Marol. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially with the airport so close by. You can always hear the planes or the traffic on the main road. It makes the place feel alive though. We’ve been at this Marol location for quite a while. The office is on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings. It’s a standard residential-commercial society setup. We handle all our developer work from here. It's a lot of meetings and looking over plans. People often miss the turn for Ekta C.H.S. because they are looking at the big hotels, but we are right there. The team is small but we keep busy. We don't go in for much flashiness. The space is filled with desks and blueprints and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Living and working near Airport Road means you are always in the middle of things. We like being in Andheri because everything is accessible. Whether it's the metro or the highway, it's easy for us to get to our various sites. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day without too much fuss.
