Mirchandani Group

We are based in Kandivali East, specifically over at Thakur Village. Our office is in the Orchid Complex, building F 1001. It’s a big residential society, and being part of the Valley of Flowers area is actually quite pleasant. We handle things for the Mirchandani Group from this location. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of families and shops, which we like. The office itself is just a regular workspace where we manage our projects and talk to people about property or whatever they need. We don't go for any of that corporate polish. It’s more about sitting down and having a real conversation. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the local traffic and kids playing outside, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We’ve been here long enough to see the buildings go up and the community change. Our team is straightforward. We don't use big words to explain simple things. If you come by Orchid Complex, you’ll see we are just regular people doing our jobs. We take care of the paperwork and the planning and try to make sure things run as they should. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. Kandivali East has a good feel to it, and we are happy to be part of the village here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people right here in the office. We enjoy the work and the people we meet.
