Mindshare (Group M)

Our office is over in Kandivli West, specifically in the Mahavir Nagar area. We are located in the Ekta Bhoomi Classic building, in room B/606. If you know the neighborhood, you know it is mostly residential but there are plenty of offices mixed in. It is a nice part of Mumbai, though the traffic on the way to the station can be a real headache in the evenings. The building is one of those standard towers with a lift that sometimes takes forever when everyone is going for lunch at the same time. Inside, it is just a normal workspace. We have our desks, some old files, and usually a lot of coffee mugs lying around. It doesn't feel like a big corporate place when you are actually sitting inside. We have a few windows that look out over the nearby buildings and the street below. Usually, the office is pretty quiet except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of the western suburbs. We don't really do the whole fancy decorations thing. It is more about having a steady place to sit and think. During the monsoons, we can see the clouds rolling in over the city from the sixth floor. It is a decent spot to work and we have been here for a while. The security guards at the gate know us all by name now. It is just a regular day-to-day operation.
