Millenium Organisation Mumbai

Millenium Organisation Mumbai is based right inside the IIT Bombay campus. Being in Powai gives the whole place a specific kind of energy. It’s not like a typical commercial office district. We are surrounded by students, researchers, and a lot of greenery, which is rare for Mumbai. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have the usual desks, some old computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a nice walk if it isn’t raining too hard. We handle various organizational tasks and projects, and because we are on campus, things feel a bit more academic and serious sometimes. But we are still just a small group of people trying to keep things organized. The canteen food is a big part of our day, and we often find ourselves discussing work over a plate of samosas. It’s not a fancy setup. We don't have corporate branding everywhere. It’s just a functional space where we can focus on what needs to be done. Mumbai is always rushing, but inside the campus, things feel a little more contained. We like being here because it’s a unique spot to work from. We don't have a grand story to tell. We just do our bit, keep our records straight, and try to be helpful to the people who need our services here in the city.
