We have been sitting here at Wallace Apartment for a long time now. The office is on Grand Road East, right in Satyam Nagar. It is not a very big place but it does the job for us. Mostly we just handle people who want to go somewhere, whether it is for a holiday or just work trips. People come in and ask about bus tickets or maybe renting a car for a few days. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is quiet. Satyam Nagar is a busy spot so there is always noise outside. We just sit here at 1403 and try to get things sorted for whoever walks in. It isn't anything fancy. We have a couple of desks and some old maps on the wall. The Wallace Apartment building is easy to find if you know the area. I usually get here early before the traffic on Grand Road gets too bad. My desk is a bit of a mess with papers and folders but I know where everything is. It is just a local business trying to help neighbors travel without too much trouble. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. If you need a ticket, you just come by and talk to us. That is how it has always been here. The tea stall nearby is where I spend my breaks during the afternoon. We try our best to keep track of all the different train timings and flight schedules manually.
