It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you’ve got the sea not too far away, though we’re mostly looking at other buildings from our windows. Being in the Colaba area means things are always moving fast. Shanti Nagar is a well-known pocket here. Our office at number 98 isn't some glass tower; it’s just a solid, older building that has seen a lot of years. We’ve been Mihir Engineers Ltd for a long time, and this address is where we’ve done most of our work. The traffic on Worli Sea Face Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, but that’s just part of living and working in this city. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, drawing boards, and a lot of paper. We’re engineers, so we care more about things working right than looking pretty. People know us by our name and this location. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just show up, do the engineering work that needs to be done, and go home. Shanti Nagar has been a good home for Mihir Engineers Ltd, even if the building is a bit drafty sometimes. It's a place where we can actually get real work finished without too many distractions.
