We are based in Kanjurmarg East, over at the Jay Mangal Murti Co-operative Housing Society. Our office is in the A/2/4 section. If you know Mumbai, you know Kanjurmarg has changed from a quiet suburb into a busy commercial hub, but our little corner in the housing society still feels quite traditional. We run an event management business from here, so it is rarely a quiet place. There are always people coming in and out, delivery guys bringing in supplies, and the phone ringing off the hook. Because we do events, the office is often cluttered with banners, samples, and equipment that we are getting ready for the next big show. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We are a small team and we don't really care for the polished corporate look. We would rather spend our budget on making sure our events go off without a hitch than on fancy office furniture. The neighbors in the society are generally good about the occasional noise we make. We have a routine where we start early and often finish very late, depending on the event schedule. It is a tiring job, but we enjoy the rush of it. Being in Kanjurmarg is convenient because we can get to both the Western and Central parts of the city fairly easily. It is just a plain, hardworking office where we get things done.
