Mfc Foodworks Llp is based over in Byculla East. We are located on the ground floor of Block 1 in Rustom Baug, which is on Sant Marg. If you know Mumbai, you know Byculla has a lot of history and it’s a very busy area. Rustom Baug is a bit of a landmark around here. Our space is just a basic ground floor setup where we handle all our food operations. We aren't some big multinational firm; we’re just a local group trying to make a go of the food business in Mumbai City. The area around Sant Marg is always full of life, which keeps us busy too. We spend our days mostly looking at logistics and making sure our food reaches people. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes with all the stuff we have to move, but we make it work. We chose Byculla because it's central and easy to get to different parts of the city from here. The ground floor unit is great because we can move supplies in and out quickly without much trouble. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It’s just desks, chairs, and some kitchen equipment where we test things out. We like being part of the Rustom Baug community and seeing the regulars walk by every day while we work. It’s noisy and crowded, but it’s the heart of the city and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else for now while we build our business.
