Mezaya Confectionery Llp

We are based out of Andheri West, specifically off Yari Road in the Panch Kiran building. We have got units 203 and 204. Mezaya Confectionery is basically our way of playing around with sweets and desserts. It is a busy neighborhood, full of creative people, and we feel like we fit right in. Our space is mostly taken up by ovens, cooling racks, and a whole lot of sugar. It is not a fancy boutique shop; it is where we actually do the making. Most days, you will find us covered in cocoa powder or trying to get a sugar glaze just right. It gets pretty hot in there, but we have our routines. We are not trying to be the biggest confectionery in Mumbai. We just want to make stuff that people actually enjoy eating. Sometimes a batch of cookies does not turn out right and we have to eat the mistakes ourselves, which is not the worst thing in the world. Yari Road has a nice vibe, and we like being tucked away here. We do a lot of our own packing and labeling by hand. It is a small operation with just a few of us. We do not have a big marketing plan or a polished image. We just focus on the recipes and hope for the best. It is a lot of trial and error and long hours on our feet, but we enjoy the work.
