Metro Travels

We are located at 1/15-F in the Govandi Kalina area, right near the Hari Masjid. It’s a busy spot, especially with the mosque nearby and people always moving through the lanes. Our office is small, mostly just a desk and a few chairs for people to sit while we look up flight timings or bus routes. Working in travel means we spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking on the phone to agents or customers. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes a flight gets cancelled or a visa gets delayed, and then we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting it out. We’ve been in this part of Kalina for a long time, so most of the neighbors know us by name. We don't have a big glowing sign or a huge marketing budget. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousin told them we helped them with a trip before. The air inside the office usually smells like tea because we drink a lot of it while waiting for systems to load. It’s a simple life. We help people get from one place to another, whether it's for work or just to visit family back in the village. The traffic outside on the road can be a nightmare sometimes, but inside we just try to keep things organized. It is a local business and we run it like one, without any big corporate talk or complicated rules. We just try to find the best route and get the ticket booked.
