Metro Engineering Works

You can find us over at Metro Engineering Works on Kharivav Road in Raopura, near the Sakinaka area. We’ve been doing engineering stuff for a long time now. It’s a gritty job, but we enjoy it. The workshop is usually a bit noisy with the machines running, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things. We handle various mechanical tasks and repairs. It’s not a clean, white-carpet office. There’s oil on the floor and tools everywhere, but we know where everything is. We take on jobs from all over the neighborhood. People bring us parts that need fixing or ask us to build something specific. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. We just have our hands and the machines. Working on Kharivav Road means we’re right in the thick of it. It’s a busy street, and we fit right in. We’ve seen a lot of projects come through these doors. Some are small, some take weeks. We just keep at it until the work is done right. It’s honest labor, and we’re proud of that. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the parts we make or fix work like they’re supposed to for the people who need them. It’s a bit messy, sure, but that’s the nature of engineering. We focus on the precision of the machines rather than the look of the shop floor. We've been part of this street for years.
