Metro Engineering Works

Metro Engineering Works is situated in the Ansa Industrial Estate on Sai Vihar Road in Sakinaka. We are at unit A-29. This is a real industrial zone, so you’ll hear the sound of lathes and grinders going all day long. Our workshop is full of heavy machinery and the smell of cutting oil. It’s a greasy place, and that’s just how engineering shops are. We’ve got metal shavings on the floor and tools hanging on the walls. Most of the time, we are covered in some kind of soot or oil from the machines. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just focus on the drawings and the metal parts we need to make. It can get very hot in here during the afternoons, but we just keep the big fans blowing. We’ve been in Sakinaka for years, and we’ve seen businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put at A-29. Our office is just a small corner with a table and a couple of old chairs where we talk to customers about their requirements. It’s nothing fancy at all. We just care about making sure the measurements are right and the parts fit like they should. It's a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we know how to do. You'll find us here most days working on something heavy.
