MELIORA HOMES LLP

Meliora Homes LLP is based out of the 7th floor of Notan Plaza, which sits on Turner Road in Mumbai. Being in Bandra means there is always something happening right outside our windows. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, but that is just how Mumbai is. Our office at 701 is where we handle all our day-to-day real estate matters. It is a nice enough space, but we do not spend much time worrying about how it looks to outsiders. We are more interested in the actual work of helping people find homes or managing the properties we have on our list. The team is quite small, and we often end up doing multiple jobs at once. One minute we are on the phone with a contractor, and the next we are sitting with a family talking about their budget. It is a bit of a juggle, but we enjoy the pace. We do not go for the high-pressure sales stuff you see elsewhere. We prefer to just chat and see what people actually need. Most of our day is spent staring at screens or visiting sites around the city. It is a lot of driving and a lot of phone calls. Turner Road is a good spot to be because it is central, even if it takes forever to get anywhere during rush hour. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized.
