Megaclite Developers Llp

Our office for Megaclite Developers Llp is over in Andheri West, specifically in the Waterford Building on C D Barfiwala Lane. We are in the C Wing, room 302. If you know the area, you probably know the Navnit Motors showroom—we are right above that. It’s a very busy street, and finding parking around here is basically impossible most days. The office itself is okay; it's got enough space for the few of us who are here regularly. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over development plans. It’s the kind of office where there’s always a half-empty box of biscuits on the table and some old files stacked in the corner. We don't really go for the high-end look. We just need a place to coordinate our projects and meet with the site supervisors. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. Working in Andheri West means we’re never far from the action, but it also means we spend a lot of time dealing with the noise from the road. We just focus on the building work we have going on and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. It’s a straightforward operation here. No big speeches or fancy presentations, just a bunch of people trying to get the buildings up and the work finished on time.
