We are located out in Shiroda, Goa, specifically at House Number 2120 in the Mankem area. It’s a bit different being out here compared to the busy city spots. Most people know the name, but our daily life here is just about keeping the kitchen running and making sure the tables are wiped down. We have locals who stop by and tourists who are just passing through the area. Shiroda is a quiet place most of the time, which is nice. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other pretty well. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the orders go out. Sometimes the supply trucks are late because of the roads, and we have to manage with what we've got. The building itself is just a regular spot on the road. We don't have those big fancy offices you see in movies. It’s just a kitchen, some seating, and us. We try to keep the place tidy. Working in food means there's always something to clean or prep. On weekends it gets busier with families coming in from the surrounding villages. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a glamorous job, but it's steady. We've been at this location for a while now and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a lot of manual work but we like being part of the community here.
